FOR A VARIANCE FROM MAXIMUM HEIGHT KTWN-FM is requesting a variance from the maximum height limitation of 35 feet to construct a 1,000 foot tower on the property at the southeast corner of the intersection of 173rd Avenue NW and Armstrong Blvd. kW. ~ne City Code states that the zoning officer may authorize a variance from the maxim~ height regulations in any district if the structure is a radio tower. Please note that in addition to City request, the must also secure approval from the FAA (as it could with airport space requirements) and FCC. M.~r.
