If Site P were not to be developed as a landfill, the <br /> "South 80 Borrow" area may likely have severely reduced value <br /> for other development because the parcel would have steep <br /> perimeter banks, below grade spaces would be too wet, may have <br /> to use alternative on-site sewer systems, and utility construction <br /> would be more difficult. <br /> .. <br />Your earliest possible response would be most appreciated. We hod <br />tentatively scheduled this request for the Environmental Services Committee <br />meeting on July 9, 1985.
