I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />.I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />PROPOSfD D5~ AGR~.F~F_J~T <br /> <br />This contract entered into this day of , 1985~ <br />between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," <br />and KTWN-FM Inc., hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant", <br />in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a variance <br />to construct a radio tower which will exceed the maximum <br />structure height allowance. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the follcwing conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the Applicant will obtain all necessary permits before <br /> erecting the radio tower. <br /> <br />2) That the radio tower structure will be securely anchored. <br /> <br />3) That there will be no structure in addition to the radio <br /> tower constructed on the site. <br /> <br />4) This variance shall apply to that property legally described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and is located on the southeast corner of the intersection <br />of Armstrong Boulevard N.W. and 173rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />5) This development agreement shall be recorded as a part of <br /> the Applicant ' s ~'cd. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
