Schnelle <br /> <br />Re: Variance request by Mr. Dave Schulte <br /> <br />Dear Sir, <br /> <br /> I have received a notice of Public Hearing for the 25th of June <br />1985 to concider the request by Mr. Schulte for a 25 foot variance <br />to construct an addition . I have veiwed the site and the proposed <br />addition plans and have come to the conclusion that by building with <br />a 40 foot setback would not only produce an odd lookin§ structure <br />but create an unworkable building plan. I see no reason not to grant <br />such a variance.
