I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,! <br /> ! <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City,n and Mr. David Schulte, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct a garage which will encroach on the <br />required front yard setback of 40 feet by approximately 18 feet. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br /> to complete his oonstruction. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant's completion of the construction <br /> shall be compatible with the existing structure. <br /> <br />3. That the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br /> accordance with all City star~_ rds and specifications. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~at the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as Lot 3 Block 1 Bunters Bill and generally <br />known as 6259 144th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />5. Tnat this development agreement shall be recorded as a <br /> part of the Applicant's <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
