That t~e variance will observe the spirit and intent of this <br />ordinance, will produce substantial Justice and will not be <br />~ontrary to the public interest. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed addition will comply with the requirements <br />of the City Staff and the Uniform Building Oode. <br /> <br />14. That the Applicant shall agree to enter into an agreement <br />with the City of Ramsey guaranteeing conditions of the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br />15. That the City received a letter from Mr. Raymond Renner dated <br />June 17, 1985 stating that he had no objection to Mr. $chulte's <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion to adopt the foregoing findings of fact was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of June, <br />1985. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
