That the proposed addition will comply with the requirements <br />of the City Staff and the Uniform Building Oode. <br /> <br />14. That the Applicant shall agree to enter into an agreement <br />with the City of Ramsey guaranteeing conditions of the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br />15.
