Further, to <br />authorize costs not to exceed $2,500 which will allow for <br />approximately four test wells. <br /> <br />Further discussion: <br /> <br />Motion carried/failed· Voting yes <br />Voting no . <br /> <br />PLANNING: <br /> <br />Item A: <br /> <br />Request for Preliminar~ Plat Approval of Alpaca Estates <br />Third Addition: <br /> <br />Alpaca Estates, Inc. is requesting preliminary plat approval for the <br />plat of Alpaca Estates Third Addition. This plat proposes 22 2-1/2 <br />acre residential lots. The DNR has reviewed the proposed plat and <br />has determined that it is consistent with their regulations. The <br />Planning a~d Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this request <br />o~ June 4, 1985. The Commission recommended that the Council approve <br />the preliminary plat but noted that this approval is subject to the <br />City Council adopting Ordinance #85-2, the Environmental Protection <br />Ordir, ance.
