Voting yes ~~-~ . <br /> Voting no ~. <br /> <br /> Item B: Complaint Re~ardinQ Mr. Steve Welsh'~ Property on Highway <br /> <br />~ ~ . ~Enclosure (D~-g) contains a letter dated June 12, 1985 from Mr. Nell <br />~ ~..~- Pratt regarding the condition of Mr. Steve Welsh's property located <br /> ~ ~ at 6336 Highway #10 NW. The City has received several other <br />· ~"\~' ,~complaints regarding this property. It also appears that Mr. Welsh <br /> · \.x~Fr ~\is operating a used automobile sales lot from this property without <br /> -- i~%~/~- the property licensing. The City notified Mr. Welsh of these <br /> ~ ~'~.~ complaints and that he was in violation of the City's nuisance <br />· ~j~ ordinance.
