RESOLUTION APPROVING TBE BUDGET AMENDMENT e85-1 WITBIN T~E WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has been informed that will Waste Management, Inc. charge the City of Ramsey for all it receives fr~ the the and garbage at lamdfill; WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey prior to this has never been charged by Waste Management, Inc. for garbage it ~ellvered to the landfLll; and WHEREAS, there was not any funds provided by the 1985 Park Budget in line item 215-4520-43084 Refuse Collection; and WHEREAS, it is requested that Council approve of the following budget amendment within Park Fund: Decrease Park Fund Line Item 215-4520-43115 by the amount $300.00 and Increase Park Fund Line Item 215- 4520-43084 by the amount of $300.00 as required in accordance with Sections 7.07 and 7.08 of the City Charter. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY CITY OF COUNCIL, RAMSEY, ANOKA GSONTY, STATE OF MI~, as foll~s: 1) That the transfer of funds within the Park Fund Line it~ is hereby approved as follows: . Decrease Park Fund Line Item 215-4520-43115 by the amount of $300.00 and Increase Park Fund Line Item 215-4520-43084 by the amount of $300.00 2) That it is directed that the Accounting Department be furnished a copy of said resolution and that appropriate entries be made to reflect 4~his change to the City's 1985 Park Budget. Further, it is. r~quested tha't the Public Works Superintendent be furnished a copy of this resolution for his records.
