I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i Counci lmembe r for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #85- WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has approved Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to do a study on the grade change on the intersection of Azurite Street and C.S.A.H. ~5; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has approved the project and ordered bids be taken for this improvement; and WHEREAS, there are no funds provided by the 1985 Street Budget in line item 101-3311-45230 to cover these costs; and WHEREAS, it is requested that the Ramsey City Council approve of the following budget amendment to cover these costs: Transfer $14,000 from 101-8920-43199 Unallocated to 101-3311-45230 Street Maintenance NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the transfer of funds is hereby approved as follows: Transfer $14,000 from 101-8920-43199 Unallocated to 101-3311-45230 Street Maintenance 2) That it is directed that the Accounting Department, Street Department, Director of Technical Services and City Engineer be furnished a copy of said resolution for their records Further, it is requested that the Accounting Department make the appropriate entries to reflect this amendment in the 1985 City's Budget. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted by the Ramsey City (buncil this the 25th day of June, 1985.
