I <br />I <br /> <br />Ommnissio~mdmer Deemer introduced the following resolution and <br />~ved for it.~ adoption: <br /> <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> <br /> WH~W~S, the City's adoption of the Development Program for <br /> proposed Development District No. I and the adoption of the Tax <br />I Increment Financing Plan for proposed Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No. 1 within Development District No. i have been <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />submitted to the Ramsey Planning Commission pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 472A and Section 273.74, Subd. <br />3 (c), respectively; and <br /> <br /> WHiP, Ag, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed <br />Development Program and proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan to <br />dstemine the oonsistency of the Plans to the Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> NCW ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE I~ANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN0~A (XX~wfY, S~%TE OF MINNESO~%, as fc/l(~s: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Plans are consistent with the Ramsey <br />Cmprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends approval of the <br />Plans to the mm~z~ City Council. <br /> <br />~he mot/on for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seoondsd by ~iorm~mber Zimmerman and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.. <br /> <br />(hairman Peterson, OmmmissiOmne~ers ~-cmer.
