That Great Plains Gas, hereinafter referred to as <br /> 'Applicant,' has properly applied for a special use permit to <br />I use a temporary st~u~e for office space for appliance ~ales. <br /> 2. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission for a public hearing pursuant to City Ordinance on <br />I 1985. That said public hearing was properly advertised <br /> July <br /> 2, <br /> and minutes of that public hearing are hereby incorporated by <br /> reference. <br />I 3. That the subject parcel is approximately 1.7 acres in size <br />and is located in an I-1 Industrial District. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure <br />will be used for approximately 15 months until a permanent <br />structure can be constructed on the l~operty. <br /> <br />6.
