That the Criteria for Apprcval/Disappr~al are as follows: <br /> <br />a) That the Applicant's request is to utilize a temporary <br /> structure for office space for appliance sales, and that <br /> properly maintained, this should not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety or general welfare and <br /> is not contrary to other goverr~ental standards or regu- <br /> lations; <br /> <br />b) That the proposed temporary structure should not be un- <br /> sightly or oknoxious in appearance and it will not hinder <br /> the order and harmonious development of the I-1 District <br /> of the City; <br /> <br />c) T~at adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities <br /> will be pr~ided on the site; <br /> <br />d) That adequate on-site parking and drainage will be pro- <br /> vided; and <br /> <br />e) That the use will conform to the regulations of I-1 Indus- <br /> trial District zoning except that a special use permit <br /> is required. <br /> <br />10. 9mt the performan°e standards are as follows.. <br /> <br />a) That fire protection is provided by the Cities of Anoka <br /> a~d Elk River, and the use of a temporary structure should <br /> ~ot create a fire hazard; <br /> <br />b) T~at electrical disturbances are Mt applicable; <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
