That said public hearing was properly advertised and minutes of that public hearing are hereby incorporated by 3. That the subject property is generally known as that area east of Lake Eddy and is legally described as follows: The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, ~noka Oounty, Minnesota The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, ;~oka (bratty, Minnesota. 4. That the subject property is located in an R-1 Residential 5. ~hat the Applicant is requesting to hold the annual game fair for five days each year, the Saturday, and Sunday of the weeker~ i~ately p~eceding Labor Day Weekend and the Saturday, 6. That the City received a note from Carl Pomraning stating that he had ~o objectio~ to the Applicant's request. 7. ~hat the Standards for Oonsideration are as follows: a) That the property is zoned R-1 and an annual game fair is not a permitted use in this zone; b) That the adjoining property is either residential or vacant; c) That the proposed use would create a change in the traffic flow to the area ~ce each year for six days; d) That there is no other similar use, an annual game fair, in the City; and -1-
