e) ~t the propo~d use will not be dstrimental to persons <br />I residing or working in the vicinity of the use or the <br /> general public and will not substantially impair the <br /> enJ~ or value of properties in the area. <br /> <br />I 8. ~hat the Criteria for Apix(wal/Disapp~cwal are as follows~ <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> a) That the Appli~t's request is to hold an annual game fair <br />I in an R-1 District and that properly maintained, this <br /> should not be detrimental to or endanger the public <br /> health, safety or general welfare and is not contrary to <br /> other 9overn~entai standards of regulations/ <br /> <br />b) That the proposed use should not be unsightly or undesire- <br /> able or o~noxious in appearance and it should not hinder <br /> the dsvelo~ent of the R-1 district of the City; <br /> <br />c) That adequate water supply and sewage disposal facili- <br /> ties will be lxovided on the site; and <br /> <br />d) That adequate parking and drainage will be pro- <br /> vided. <br /> <br />9. ~hat the Performance Standards are as follows: <br /> <br />a) That fire protection is provided by the Cities of Anoka <br /> and Elk River, and the proposed use should not create <br /> a fire hazard; <br /> <br />b) ~hat electrical disturbances are not applicable; <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />c) That any noise created is of a temporary nature and will <br /> be within the performanoe standards noted in the City (Dds; <br /> <br />d) That vibration disturbance is not applicable; <br /> <br />e) T~at malodorous gas or matter is not applicable; <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />f) That air pollution is not applicable; <br /> <br />g) That there will not be lighting devices which produce <br /> objectionable direct or reflected glare on adjoining <br /> properties and thoroughfares; and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />h) ~at erosion by wind or water is not applicable. <br /> <br />10. ~hat the City reserves the right to inspect the property at <br />any time during the proposed use if it receives complaints from <br />adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />11. ~e Ramsey planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this <br />request at its July 2, 1985 meeting and recommended approval of <br />the request. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
