PROCEEDINGS OF CITY GOUNCIL <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment public hearing was conducted on Tuesday, June 25, 1985 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Genter, 15153 Ncwthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding Mr. David Schulte's request for a variance fr~ the required front <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />C~airperson Jean Schlueter <br />~ouncilm~mber Gary Reimann <br />Gouncilm~mber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilm~mber Arnie Gox <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Ggief Acoountant Jeanne Haapala <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Director Of Technical Services Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Chairperson Schlueter called the public hearing to order at 9:13 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Schulte was present and stated that he has reviewed the findings of fact <br />and development agreenent and has no problem with those doc~ents. <br /> <br />T~ere was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Gouncilm~mber Sorteberg and seconded by Gouncilm~mber Cox to adjourn <br />the p~,h~ ic hearing. <br /> <br />Motion c~rried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor ~eitman, <br />Gouncilmembers COx, Sorteberg and Reimann.
