JAMES RIVERSI <br /> <br /> Mr. J~es Rivers is £equestin9 a variance to construct an accessory <br />I structure larger than all(~ed by City Ox]e. Mr. Rivers is proposing <br /> to construct a 1,008 square foot attached garage. The existing <br /> attached garage is proposed to be converted into a workshop and <br />I living area. Mr. Rivers is requesting the variance for the property <br /> at 6540 - 169th Lane 1%9 which is approximately one acre in size and <br /> is located in the R-I, Residential, district. ~e City Code defines <br /> attached garages with areas greater than 624 square feet as accessory <br /> structures.
