CASE REOUEST TO REOPEN BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE REOUEST FOR MR. PETER NIEDER TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING LARGER THAN N~WEDBYCITYGODE: On May 31, 1983, the Council Board of Adjustment denied Mr. Peter Nieder his request to oonstruct an accessory building larger than allowed by City Code at his residence of 16203 Jaspar Street NW. I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Mr. Peter Nieder is requesting that the Council Board of Adjustment reopen this case, based on the fact that the findings of fact were never adopted which ~x(widos the Board of Adjustment's reasons for appro~ing/disappr(wing the request. (bnseguently, it is requested that Mr. Peter Nieder be allowed to reapply without being charged the $90.00 fee inasmuch as our action was really inoomplete.
