Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Arcon Construction Company is presently installing utilities in this plat. The final completion date for all work including the streets is September 12, 1985. Be Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year exten- sion on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Ce Pondvale Estates: The streets in this development were paved on November 5, 1984. Final grading and restoration has not been completed to date. De River's Bend: This project is complete with the exception of seal coating and striping the turn lanes and 149th Avenue. This project should be completed and ready to final next month. Northfork P.U.D.: The developer was granted approval on a 42 lot P.U.D. on June 11, 1985 contingent on meeting the requirements of the City Code. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project has not been completed due to high water levels and wet conditions. Pumphouse No. 1: This project is complete with the exception of a telephone alarm system. Northwestern Bell is in the process of providing service to the pumphouse. Therefore, this project should be completed and finalized next month. Ra~ey Terrace Street Project: This project was awarded to H&S Asphalt Co. on July 3, 1985. Construction should begin by the end of the month and be completed by early September.
