The Police Chief will be present <br />at the meeting to review this with the Council. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be whatever you desire to do. <br /> <br />pLANNING: <br /> <br />Item A: Request for Extension for Filinq of Final Plat of <br /> Meadowbrook Estates; Case of Mr. Gary Petrucci: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Petrucci is requesting an extension for the filing of the <br />final plat for Meadowbrook Estates. The City Council granted final <br />approval of this plat in 1980. Since then, the Council has been <br />granting six month extensions to the developer for the filing of this <br />plat. On May 9, 1985, City Staff notified Mr. Petrucci that if the <br />plat was not properly filed by July 1, 1985, the plat would be <br />declared null and void. Mr. Petrucci is requesting an extension <br />while the developers work to redraft the specifications for the <br />necessary improvements. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-d) contains the following information for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />a) Letter dated July 1, 1985 from Mr. Gamy Petrucci <br />b) Letter dated May 9, 1985 addressed to Mr. Gary Petrucci from <br /> City of Ramsay <br />c) Location map of Meadowbrook Estates <br />d) Proposed plat of Meadowbrook Estates <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove the <br />extension for plat filing requirements.
