Enclosure (D2-x} contains the City of Andover's memo dated July 12, 1985 and a copy of the amended Joint Powers Agreement. I I Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the amended Joint Powers Agreement and authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign said document.
