CORPORATE ENROLLMENT DATA ADMINISTRATOR (July 30, 1984- Present) This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of training and employee educe. tion programs on all aspects of the Flexible Benefit Programs. The position is accountable for assuring efficient imple- mentation end operetion of the Flexible Benefit System administration of enrollment activities, data integrity/accuracy, peycenter coordination/monitoring, and system reporting. The scope of employees effected 70,000 with the annual dollar flow of 300 million dollers. The system is made of the Transaction Control System (traffic director), Employee Data System (EDS), Enrollment Tracking System (ETS), Plan Accounting System (PAS), Employee History System (EHS), and the Pension Retirement System {PRS}. These systems are all tied together through the Remote Network Processor with 12 Paycenters throughout the United States. LOGIS {Local Government Information Systems) BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (May 1981 -July 1984) T his position is responsible for coordinating the design, development and implementation of new applications and for assisting with the present computer operations of Logis. The Business Systems Analyst is under the general direction of the executive director, and given the general responsibility of determining business system requirements for new computer applications. This also has the responsibility for implementation of new applications either directly or through outside consulting contracts. Logis operations consists of three Hewellet Packard 3000 Mini-Computers with the following modules: Financial Control System Module, Payroll, Fixed Asset, Equipment Control, Deputy Registrar, Property Data, Liquor Inventory Control. Utility Billing and Collections, Special Assessments, and a Police Record Keeping Module. The data processing services are provided for 26 municipalities. The Analyst also provides technical support in the recommendation and selection of Micro Computer based systems including both hardware and software selection as well as end user support. FLOYD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AND COMPUTER SERVICES (September 1980- May 1981) This position was a newly created position to establish under Floyd County's Department of Administrative Services, the Department of Accounting and Computer Services. The responsibility of the Financial Director is to coordinate and implement the transition to an electronic data processing system for both Floyd County, and Cossa Valley Area Planning and Development Commission, along with establishing a Department of Accounting and Computer Services for Floyd County.
