~ouncil~re~ber <br />and moved for its adotZion, <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR B & S ASPHALT COMPANY <br />(ProJec 184-16 t85-14) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />the following resolution approving the following project in the <br /> <br />9nd <br /> <br />Resolution t84-242 adopted Peoember 11, 1984 <br />for Ramsey Terraoe blacktopping imp~cw~ent <br />(t84-16) <br /> <br />Resolution 185-94 adopted May 28, 1985 for <br />grade c~ange on Azurite Street N~ and County <br />Road 15 (185-14); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council b~% the ~Ci&tYsOf Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution t85-129 awarding the to Asphalt for the <br /> <br />blacktopping improvement of the streets in Ramsey Terrace and the <br />grade c~ange on Azurite Street and County Road 15; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment in his letter dated <br />September 17, 1985, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of <br />$45,383.83. <br /> <br />N0~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF <br />RAMSET, ~ GOUNT~, S~%TE OF ~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes final payment to H & S Asphalt for the blacktopping <br />improvement of the streets in Ramsey Terrace and the grade change <br />on Azurite Street and County Road 15 in the amount of $45,383.83. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is <br />not included in Resolution t85-___ adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council on September 17, 1985 approving payment of the bills for <br />the month of September, 1985 <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be <br />Ixo~ided a signed ~opy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the __~a~e_: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Rmrsey City Council this the 24th ~y of September, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
