(D2-a) Information regarding personnel issue (D2-b) Information regarding request fr~ M & $ Develo~ent pertaining to use of Tax Incr~ent Financing (D2-c) Information regarding enforcement of ordinances CASE #1: PERSONNEL: As per Council motion of September 17, 1985 that directed the City Administrator to research the issue of Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg and Deputy Clerk Sheila Beyer conducting private business while on duty at City Hall, enclosure (D2-a) contains the following documents: a) Mr. Donald Kent's letter dated July 10, 1985 which made the above charges b) Excerpt of City Council meeting minutes which directed the City Administrator to research the allegation c) Mr. Clayton Berg's statement dated September 13, 1985 d) City Administrator's report on the research of the matter e) Council Personnel (lm~ittee meeting minutes dated September 17, 1985 which reviewed all of the above and directed that it be returned to the Council Council Action.' TAX ~ FINANCING: Item A: Discussion of Funding for Proposed Tax Incremen.t The City Planner and Finance Officer will be meeting with representatives of Evensen-Dodge, Inc. on Friday, September 20, 1985 to discuss possible structures for funding projects within the Tax Incr~ent Financing District. A report on this meeting and possible financing structures will be available at the meeting.
