The Council requested that Staff prepare a resolution amending the Develo~rent Program to reflect this activity as an all(~ahle use of Tax Increrent. You requested that this item be continued to the next meeting. Enclosure (D2-c) contains a survey of other communities' regulations in regards to accessory structures.
