Mr. Haakon James is req~esting final plat approval of Alpaca Estates Third Addition. The plat consists of 22 approximately 2-1/2 acre single family residential lots and the oonstruction of three streets, Armstrong Blvd. N~, 142nd Avenue NW and ]44th Avenue NW. The City Oomcil granted pr e/ im ina ry approval to this plat on June 25, 1985. Enclosure (D3-m) contains the following information for your oonsideration: a) Site location map b) Proposed final plat c) Proposed resolution approving final plat d) Proposed develolm~-nt agre~rent e) Citv O~uncil meeting minutes _dated June 25z 1985 f) Letter dated September 20, !985 from the City Engineer Your action will be to approve/disapprove by resolution Mr. Jarnes' request for final plat approval of Alpaca Estates Thi.rd Addition.
