This enclosure also contains the p~oposed resolution for your consideration. I I ! I I I I I reo~ that Gomc-~l approve ~f the $750 to oppose changing the above 1~. If the] are able to c~ange it, the cost to Ra~sey will be felt by every taxpayer here. The $750 will be used to engage the Hol~es and Graven 1~ fiu~ to lobby against any changes to the law. Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolution approving/ disapproving of contributing $750 to assist in opposing any changes to the fiscal disparities 1~ to help Bloomington in oonstructing the mega-mall. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the p~oposed resolution.
