I CASE ~2: Please refer to your ag~.nf]a of September 24. 1985 for information on PRO~ 1986 CITY OPERkTI/gG ]K~GET: I I The Council Budget Committee introduced the 1986 City Operating Budget at the September 24, 1985 (buncil meeting. At that time, the Budget Oarmittee had the City's Finance Officer give a cursory review of the p~oposed budget. Accordingly, Councilmembers were to review said budget and be prepared to discuss it at this Feeting. The Council Budget Cc~mitt~ will be prepared to answer any questions. I I I I Enclosure (D2-b) contains the lXO~osed resolution for your adoption establishing the City's tax levy for 1986 which has to be acoc~rplished by October 29, 1985. Council Action: Your action will be whatever you deem necessary. The following proposed ~otion is hereby sut~itted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution %85- establishing the City's tax levy for 1986. Voting yes: Voting no: This issue was an addendu-~ to the September 24, 1985 meeting which Council was not able to address at t.hat meeting. Consequently, the Staff will be bringing forth sc~e more drainage probl~rs for Council information and action which will be available at the meeting. Secondly, we will be giving s~e proposed recommendations as to how you may want to resolve some of these problers which will also be available at the ~eeting. Your action will be whatever you feel is the best method of resolving these problers.
