Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Arcon Construction Company is presently working on restoration in this plat. Due to the wet weather this fall, this has not been completed. B$ Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year extension on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Northfork P.U.D.: The developer was granted approval on a 42 lot P.U.D. on June 11, 1985 contingent on meeting the requirements of the City Code. Grading and street construction is currently taking place. Rum River Hills: The developer is currently grading streets in this development. Due to the wet weather, street construction has been delayed. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project has not been completed due to high water levels and wet conditions. Pumphouse No. 1: Northwestern Bell has provided telephone service to the pumphouse. I have scheduled the final connections to be made to the alarm system for October 24, 1985. The total project should be finalized next month. Lower Rum River Water Management Organization: We are currently working on retaining an attorney for the WMO. We will be interviewing Curt Pearson, Ray Marshall and Fred Richards at our next meeting November 7, 1985. We have also requested proposals from Hickok, Barr Engineering, SEH and TKDA for preparing the Water Management Plan for the WMO.
