Ramsey City Council <br />Page 3 <br />October 18, 1985 <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />Glen Zettervall, 7601-163rd Lane N.W.: Mr. Zettervall's <br />problem is caused by the high surface water and groundwater <br />in the area. County Ditch No. 66 is partially plugged and <br />has not been able to provide adequate drainage to the area. <br />I told Mr. Zettervald that the City may be able to do some <br />pumping if we could find a suitable place to setup the pump <br />and discharge pipe. <br /> <br />In addition to the above, I have been contacted by three addi- <br />tional residents with water problems. They are as follows: <br /> <br />Mrs. Klisch, Lot 14, Block 4, Whispering Pines Estates: She <br />is concerned with the high water in the park south of her <br />lot. <br /> <br />Crystal Androli, Lot 3, Block 7, Barthel's Rum River Acres: <br />She has water in her basement and problems with her <br />drainfield. Her problems are caused by high groundwater. <br /> <br />Gary Hawks, Lot 4, Block 6, Barthel's Rum River Acres: He <br />has had water in his basement and problems with his drain- <br />field due to high ground water and surface water. Mr. Hawks <br />stated he would allow the City to drain the ponding area <br />behind his house and would like to have the ditch on the <br />east side of his lot cleaned. <br /> <br /> <br />
