AMSND~ <br /> <br />(~apter 170.014B, Paragraph 5, of the City Code of Ra~sey, Minnesota is <br />hereby ~rended to read as follows: <br /> <br />5) Size Restrictions of Accessory Structures <br /> <br />~arcels of Land Less than One Acre <br /> <br />On parcels of land one (1) acres or less, no single accessory <br />structure shall exceed 624 square feet in size. In the event that the <br />attached or detached garage located on the sa~e parcel of land does <br />not exceed 864 square feet, the accessory structure ray include the <br />difference between the square footage of the attached or detached <br />garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total square <br />footage of the attached or detached garage and the accessory structure <br />exceed 1,488 square feet on any parcel of land one (1) acre or less in <br />size. <br /> <br />~e accessory structure and/or attached or detached garage shall be <br />built with the sa~e type construction ~aterials and sheave the <br />sa~e general design and exterior facing finish as~f the <br />princil~_l structure located on the I~rcel. <br /> <br />Parcels of Land ]~een 1 and 2-1/2 Acres <br /> <br />On parcels of land greater than one (1) acre and less than two and one- <br />half (2-1/2) acres in size, no single accessory structure shall exceed <br />800 square feet in size.
