Parcel of Land 2-1/2 Acres and Greater On parcels of land two and one-hail (2-1/2) acres and greater in size, accessory structures shall not exceed 1,200 square feet, except for parcels of land which exceed two and one-half (2-1/2) acres. For each acre thereafter, accessory structures way have an additional 400 square feet, up to a ~aximur of 4,800 square feet. In the event that the attached or detached garage located on the sa~e parcel of land does not exceed 864 square feet, the accessory structure may include the difference between the square footage of the attached or detached garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total square footage of the attached or detached garage and the accessory structure exceed 5,664 square feet on any parcel of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres and greater in size. All accessory structures shall have a design and exterior facing finish which is oc~patible, as deten~ined by the Building Inspector, with the principal structure. Galvanized finishes shall not be permitted. SECTION 2. EFFFLTTVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective thirty days after its passage and publication subject to City (~arter Section 5.04.
