For each <br />acre thereafter, accessory structures way have an additional 400 <br />square feet, up to a ~aximur of 4,800 square feet. In the event that <br />the attached or detached garage located on the sa~e parcel of land <br />does not exceed 864 square feet, the accessory structure may include <br />the difference between the square footage of the attached or detached <br />garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total square <br />footage of the attached or detached garage and the accessory structure <br />exceed 5,664 square feet on any parcel of land two and one-half <br />(2-1/2) acres and greater in size. <br /> <br />All accessory structures shall have a design and exterior facing <br />finish which is oc~patible, as deten~ined by the Building Inspector, <br />with the principal structure. Galvanized finishes shall not be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
