The quantity of final in place top soil to be replaced on <br /> excavated areas will be at least four inches. <br /> <br />No excavation will occur in the "South 80 Borrow" area <br />until Waste Management has obtained all necessary <br />permits or approvals from the City o! Ramsey. <br /> <br />No development will occur in Inventory Site P, as <br />provided by Minn. Stat. q73.806, subd. l., except as set <br />forth in the August 6, 1985 request, as modified above, <br />and previously approved Phase iV land[illing. <br /> <br /> <br />
