Commissioners <br />for their meeting on August 20, 1983 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />In order to control and contain surface drainage from the <br />disposal area, and allow full utilization, the licensee may <br />vertically store waste treatment plant lime sludge in the <br />disposal area and amend ~he s®H{he~4y I~e~4e~ e~ the disposal <br />area dike, subject to submission of plans acceptable to the <br />Department. Said vertical storage and dike amendment shall <br />not increase the capacity of the disposal area. <br /> <br />Passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Waste Mana~ement~ Modification of License Condition for <br />Hydrol~eolol~ical Report: <br /> <br />A recommendation is made to the Anoka County Board of <br />Commissioners that Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. license <br />condition #'s ]1 and 12 be amended as follows: <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The licensee shall prepare, and sumbit to the Department by <br />November 30, Ii)Bt+, a preliminary report assessing the extent <br />of leachate migration by resistivity testing and work plan, <br />acceptable to the Department, for complete assessment of <br />the leachate migration (completed). The work plan may be <br />modified as necesary with approval of the Department. The <br />licensee shall perform the work in accordance with <br />requirements of the approved work plan. Said complete <br />assessment shall be submitted to the Department no later <br />than Aaga~ December 31, 1985. The licensee shall submit <br />monthly status reports to the Department by the 15th day <br />following the end of the month. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The' licensee shall prepare, and submit to the Department by <br />November 30, 198t+, a preliminary report assessing deep <br />aquifer monitoring needs. A deep aquifer monitoring plan <br />shall be sumitted to the Department no later' than Aaga~ <br />December 31, 1985. <br /> <br />Passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Waste Mana[ement of Minnesota - Development Limitation <br /> <br />A recommendation is made to the Anoka County Board of <br />Commissioners that the request of Waste Management <br />Minnesota, Inc., as set forth in their correspondence of August <br />1985 from their engineer, to lift a portion of development <br />limitation for Inventory Site P be approved subject to receipt of <br />written agreement by the Waste Management o! Minnesota, Inc., <br /> <br /> <br />
