Milton LaPanta~ Minnesota Tire Rec¥cling~ Waiver of Auto Insurance: <br /> <br />A recommendation is made to the Anoka County Board of <br />Commissioners to waive the automobile liability coverage required of <br />Milton LaPanta, dba Minnesota Tire Recycling, since they do not <br />operate any vehicles on public roads to which such insurance would <br />apply. Passed unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Federal Cartrid~e~ Modification of License Condition <br /> for Dike Amendment: <br /> <br />A recommendation is made to the Anoka County Board of <br />Commissioners that the license condition #10 for Federal Cartridge <br />Corp,, dba Federal Cartridge Special Waste Landfill, be amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer <br /> <br /> <br />
