It is an agreement between thc Cooperative and <br /> <br /> C~ t,y of P.a~sey (City of P.a~sey) <br />who is relet~cd to as the "Member" in thc rest of this contract. <br /> <br />The Cooperative agrees to provide a reduction from tile regular Large Power Rate (Rate F) on each qualifying <br />elect ric power bill sent to tile Member between the date on this contract and through March 3 l, 199 l. To qualify for <br />this reduction, thc member must maintain an average monthly billing demand in excess of 75 KW or a minimum <br />annual billing of 900 KW.
