That the proposed accessory structure will co~ply with the <br />require~ents set forth by City Staff and the UniforF Buildin9 <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant shall agree to execute an agreement with <br />the City of Ra~sey guaranteeing the conditions of the <br />oonstruction of the p~oposed accessory structure. <br /> <br />14. That the City Council tabled the Applicant's request until <br />the City Council could establish a policy regarding the size <br />restrictions on accessory structures. <br /> <br />15. That the City Council introduced Ordinance ~85-13 regarding <br />size restrictions of accessory structures on October 22, 1985. <br /> <br />16. That the Applicant's request ~ay be consistent with the <br />proposed a~enc%rent to the City Code regulating the size of <br />accessory structures, depending upon the size of any garage on <br />the Applicant' s property. <br /> <br />The ~otion to adopt the foregoing findings of fact was duly <br />seconded by Councilwember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sa~e: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of <br /> , 1985. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
