That the Applicant shall obtain all neoessary per~its <br /> before o~n~encing any construction. <br /> <br />2. That the o~rpletion of the accessory structure shall <br /> be compatible with the existing structure. <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br />accordance with all applicable City standards and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall use the accessory structure <br />for the storage of personal property and that no <br />co~rercial or industrial activity of any type shall be <br />permitted in said structure or anywhere on the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />Bm <br /> <br />That the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as the South 367.8 feet of the West 237.0 feet <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 3, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka fbunty, <br />Minnesota ar~ is generally known as 7121 175th Avenue <br />N.W., Ba~sey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />6. That this develolm~.nt agreement shall be reoorded as a <br /> part of the Applicant' s deed. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any ti~e. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances pay be cause of immediate <br />revocation of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
