I I PROPOS~ DEVelOPMENT ~REE~7 BETWEf~ ~E CITY OF RAMSEY AND EU~IN f~RISTOl~q ERSO~ This agreement entered into this day of , 1985, between the City of Ra~sey, hereinafter referred to as "City,' and Mr. Edwin ~ristopherson, hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant,' in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a variance to construct an accessory structure of 1440 square feet, larger than all~wed by City Gode. The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: 1. That the Applicant shall obtain all neoessary per~its before o~n~encing any construction. 2. That the o~rpletion of the accessory structure shall be compatible with the existing structure. That the Applicant shall construct the structure in accordance with all applicable City standards and specifications. That the Applicant shall use the accessory structure for the storage of personal property and that no co~rercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure or anywhere on the subject property. Bm That the variance shall apply to that property legally described as the South 367.8 feet of the West 237.0 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka fbunty, Minnesota ar~ is generally known as 7121 175th Avenue N.W., Ba~sey, Minnesota. 6. That this develolm~.nt agreement shall be reoorded as a part of the Applicant' s deed. The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted herein is subject to review at any ti~e. Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances pay be cause of immediate revocation of this ordinance.
