I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />PROPOSfD DEV~OPMENT <br /> BETWEf~ <br /> ~E C/TY OF RAMSEY <br /> AND <br /> ROY <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ra~sey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. Roy Newco~b, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 780 square <br />feet, larger than allowed by City Code, and a variance to <br />construct the accessory structure in the front yard. <br /> <br />The variances are hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and co~plying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary <br /> permits before commencing any construction. <br /> <br />2. That the completion of the accessory structure <br /> shall be compatible with the existin9 structure. <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall construct the structure <br />in accordance with all applicable City standards <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall use the accessoDy structure <br />for the storage of personal property and that no co~rercial <br />or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted <br />in said structure or anywhere on the subject lxoperty. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That the variances shall apply to that property legally <br />described as Lot 2, Block 4, Barthel's Ru~ River Acres <br />and is generally known as 16431 Dysprosi~ Street N.W., <br /> <br />That this develof~ent agreement shall be recorded as a <br />part of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variances granted <br />herein are subject to review at any tiwe. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of these variances. <br /> <br /> <br />
