That the topographical oonditions of the subject property for <br />which the variances are being sought are not of so general or <br />recurrent a nature as to make reasonably practicable the <br />for~u]ation of general regulations for such oonditions. <br /> <br />]3. Toat the variances ~ay observe the spirit and intent of the <br />ordinance, ~ay produce substantial justice and are not contrary to <br />the public interest. <br /> <br />]4. That the proposed accessory structure will comply with the <br />require~rents set forth by City Staff and the Uniform Building <br /> <br />15. That the Applicant shall agree to execute a development <br />agreerent with the City of Ra~sey guaranteeing the conditions of <br />the oonstruction of the proposed accessory structure. <br /> <br />16. That the City Council tabled the Applicant's request until <br />the City Council could establish a policy regarding the size <br />restrictions of accessory structures. <br /> <br />17. ~hat the City Council introduced Ordinance ~85-13 regarding <br />size restrictions of accessory structures on October 22, 1985. <br /> <br />18.
