JO~NSON <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ra~sey, hereinafter referred to as <br />'City," and Mr. Steven J. Johnson, hereinafter referred to as <br />'Applicant,' in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 1280 square <br />feet, larger than allowed by City (bale. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following cor~litions: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br /> before cowmencing any oonstruction. <br /> <br />2. That the completion the accessory structure shall <br /> be compatible with the existing structure. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~hat the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br />acoordance with all applicable City standards and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall use the accessory structure for <br />the storage of personal property and that no commercial <br />or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in <br />said structure or anywhere on the subject property. <br /> <br />That the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as: The North two hundred thirty three feet <br />of the West two hundred fifty five feet of the East six <br />hundred forty feet of the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, according <br />to United States Goverr~ent Survey thereof and situated <br />in Anoka Gounty, Minnesota; and generally known as 7241 <br />164th Lane N.W., Ra~sey. <br /> <br />6. That this develo~ent agre~Tent shall be recorded as a <br /> part of the Applicant' s deed. <br /> <br />7. That the existing storage structure be r~oved fr~r the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br /> <br /> <br />
