In the event that the <br />attached or detached garage located on the same parcel of land does <br />not exceed 864 square feet, the accessory structure may include the <br />difference between the square footage of the attached or detached <br />garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total square <br />footage of the attached or detached garage and the accessory structure <br />exceed ~square feet on any parcel of land one (1) acre or less in <br />size. <br /> <br />The accessory structure and/or attached or detached garage shall be <br />built with the sa~e type construction materials and shall have the <br />same general design and exterior facing finish as that of the <br />principal structure located on the pmrcel. <br /> <br />Parcels of Land Between 1 and 2-1/2 Acres <br /> <br />On parcels of land greater than one (1) acre and less than two and one- <br />half (2-1/2) acres in size, no single accessory structure shall exceed <br />800 square feet in size. In the event that the attached or detached <br />garage located on the same paroel of land does not exceed 864 square <br />feet, the accessory structure may include the difference between the <br />square footage of the attached or detached garage and 864 square feet. <br />In no event shall the total square footage of the attached or detached <br />garage and the accessory structure exceed 1,664 square feet on any <br />parcel of land greater than one (1) acre and less than two and one- <br />half (2-1/2) acres in size. <br /> <br />Ordinance 985-13 <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
