The accessory structure and/or attached or detached garage shall be <br />built with the sa~e type construction ~aterial and shall have the sa~e <br />ger~ral design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal <br />structure located on the parcel. <br /> <br />Par~l of Land 2-1/2 Acres and Greater <br /> <br />On parcels of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres and greater in size, <br />accessory structures shall not exceed 1,200 square feet, except for <br />paroels of land which exceed t~o and one-half (2-1/2) acres. For each <br />acre thereafter, accessory structures way have an additional 400 <br />square feet, up to a maxiwt~ of~ square feet. In the event that <br />the attached or detached garage located on the sa~e parcel of land <br />does not exceed 864 square feet, the accessory structure may include <br />the difference between the square footage of the attached or detached <br />garage and 864 square feet. In no event shall the total square <br />footage of the attached or detached garage and the accessory structure <br />exceed 5,6_~t~sguare feet on any parcel of land two and one-half <br />(2-1/2) acres and greater in size. <br /> <br />Ail accessory structures shall have a design and exterior facing <br />finish which is o~mpatible, as determined by the Building Inspector, <br />with the principal structure. Galvanized finishes shall not be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />SECPION 2. REP~ <br /> <br />City of Rawsey Ordinance 79-4 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECPION 3.
