The Council ~ahled final action on <br />these requests at their August 27, 1985 ~eeting. <br /> <br />Reguest for a Variance to Construct an Accessory <br />Structure Laraer than Allowed by City Code: Case. of Mr. <br />Edwin Christopherson: <br /> <br />Mr. Edwin Christopherson is requesting a variance to construct a <br />1,440 square foot aocessory structure. The current ordinance allows <br />a Faxiwuw of 624 square feet. Depending on the size of Mr. <br />Christopherson's existing garage, it is questionable whether his <br />request is consistent with the proposed awenc%rent to the City Code <br />regarding the allowable size of accessory structures.
