Voting yes: <br /> <br />Voting no: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory <br />Structure Larger than Allowed by City Code and ~o Locate <br />it in the Front Yard: Case of Mr. Boy Newo~rb: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Newcomb is requesting a variance to construct an accessory <br />structure larger than allcwed by City Code and to locate it in his <br />front yard. Mr. Newo0~b is proposing to oonstruct a 780 square foot <br />accessory structure. ~he current ordinance allows a ~aximum of 624 <br />square feet. Mr. Newcomb's proposal would be consistent with the <br />proposed amendment to the oode which would allow a maximum area for <br />the total of any garage and accessory structure to 1,664 square <br />feet. Mr. Newcomb is also requesting a variance to locate the <br />accessory structure in his front yard.
