Route 111 is proposed to be
deleted since a major portion of the route was platted and
residential streets were constructed.

The addition of Route 112 is proposed to provide access for
future development in the western part of the City.

The shifting of Routes 105 and 111 is proposed so the Routes will
correspond to 149th Avenue as it was constructed.

Currently the City's Municipal State-Aid Street mileage is 0.48
miles under the maximum allowed. With the proposed changes the
City's MSA mileage will be 0.17 miles under the maximum.

Please review the proposed changes and let me know if they meet
with your approval. The City Would like to incorporate these
changes into their MSAS System as soon as possible.

Respectfully submitted,

HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC.

Peter R.
