I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION O}~I)ERING PJ~J£PARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEM~ENT <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, it ig~ proposed to improve the following street: <br /> <br /> 153rd Avenue N.W. between Puma Street and HighWay ~10 N.W.- <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property fox all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as foll6ws: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is in- <br />structed to report to the Ramsey City Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pro- <br />posed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> <br />
