City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:37 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Review 2017-2026 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> Councilmember Williams arrived at 5:43 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma stated that, following the meeting with the experts, the community <br /> center seems to be a bad idea and wondered if that should be pulled. <br /> Finance Director Lund asked if he would like it pulled entirely or just pushed back. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma stated that while it would be a nice amenity, it does not seem likely that <br /> it would be a good option for the City and therefore thought the item should be removed. <br /> City Council Work Session /November 22, 2016 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
