I <br /> understand that those plans were approved of by the Committee and notice of <br /> that was mailed to you on October 31, 2016. <br /> An important point that I want to make, so the parties are clear, is that the <br /> Board did not make any amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, <br /> Conditions and Restrictions for Northfork as you indicate in your letter of <br /> October 28, 2016. Rather, the Board amended the Association Rules and <br /> Regulations, as it is allowed to do by a majority vote of the Board, to restrict <br /> ownership and possession of any livestock, whether commercial or personal in <br /> use, on property of Northfork at any time. Livestock was deemed to include, <br /> but not limited to, any type of the following: chickens, pigs, cows, sheep, goats, <br /> horses, ctc. <br /> As discussed in my October 25, 2016 letter it is understood that you have a <br /> structure on your property referred to as a "playhouse" that also houses <br /> chickens and other animals. It is believed that this,includes pigs. The <br /> Homeowners Association has two objections to the requirements of the City of <br /> Ramsey ordinances as well as the Northfork Homeowners Association, Inc. <br /> rules and regulations. First, Chapter 10 Article I(a) of the Ramsey MN City <br /> Code indicates that individuals may not possess certain animals including pigs <br /> on lots that are less than 3 acres in size.
