I have lived in the neighborhood for 23 years and have <br /> known the Harer family for many of those years and live down the road from them. I recently became aware that they own a pot bellied pig <br /> and I am in favor of them being allowed to keep the pig. It is a relatively small animal, is not noisy and frankly is not noticeable given their <br /> well screened house from the road.
